Rules for using the YCDA website, member portal, and mobile app.
By using You Can Dance Academy digital services you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal or app.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite to your support network. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Class times, venues, and fees are subject to change. Term dates and closures are published in the portal. Attendance and missed-class charges shown in the portal are informational; confirm payment terms with Abi.
Digital services are provided “as is”. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Dance activities involve physical activity; parents are responsible for ensuring dancers are fit to participate and for following studio safety guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YCDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or safeguarding policies. You may stop using the service at any time; we may retain certain records as described in our Privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
