By using You Can Dance Academy digital services you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal or app.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite to your support network. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Member content

Practice videos and messages in the portal are private to your family unless we state otherwise. You must not download, share, or republish them without permission. Guidance videos and class music links are for enrolled families only.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access other families’ data or staff systems without permission.
• Upload malware, scrape the site, or interfere with security.
• Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a dancer.

Classes & fees

Class times, venues, and fees are subject to change. Term dates and closures are published in the portal. Attendance and missed-class charges shown in the portal are informational; confirm payment terms with Abi.

Disclaimer

Digital services are provided “as is”. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Dance activities involve physical activity; parents are responsible for ensuring dancers are fit to participate and for following studio safety guidance.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YCDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or safeguarding policies. You may stop using the service at any time; we may retain certain records as described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
