How You Can Dance Academy names and logos may be used, and third-party brands we reference.
Our brand
“You Can Dance Academy”, “YCDA”, and associated logos, colours, and marketing materials are used to identify our dance academy and digital services. Unauthorised use of our name or branding to imply endorsement, partnership, or ownership is not permitted.
Permitted use
You may refer to YCDA factually (for example, “my child attends You Can Dance Academy”) in personal, non-commercial contexts. Staff and partners may use branding only as we authorise in writing.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use our name, abbreviation, or logo on merchandise, social media, or websites without permission.
- Register domain names, social handles, or business names that could confuse the public with YCDA.
- Modify or combine our branding with other marks in a misleading way.
- Suggest that YCDA sponsors or approves your event or product unless we have agreed in writing.
Third-party trademarks
Names and logos for Spotify, Apple Music, Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms belong to their respective owners. YCDA is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Links to their services are provided for your convenience.
Fonts & media
Website typography may include licensed or system fonts. Class photos and videos remain the property of YCDA or the creator unless otherwise agreed. Do not copy portal videos or member-only content for public distribution.
